Adelaide Burik

Adelaide Persephone Lea Burik left us at just 15 weeks gestation. In those short 15 weeks, our heart had grown to welcome and love a third baby girl. Despite never getting to meet our sweet Adelaide, we love her with all of our heart. A piece of our heart will be forever empty with the loss of our daughter.

For all 15 weeks her heart was beating she was not only loved, but always had warmth and protection. We loved her for every second of her life, and we will love her for every second of ours; she was just too perfect for earth, so we unfortunately had to say goodbye.

We thank you all for your condolences and for those who will gather with us to commentate her short life.

Lastly, we want to say this to Adelaide:

Our beautiful daughter, we love you so,

and it’s a shame that you had to go.

Mommy and daddy hope to meet you again,

hopefully you can meet your sisters and they’ll be your friend.

Our love for you will never stray,

every second of every day.

We hope you have fun wherever you are,

we’ll look up to see you as a shining star.

Guide us for every day of our life,

as we wait to meet you one last time.

Friends and family will gather from 10:00-11:00 am on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Cress Funeral Service, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 with a time of sharing to begin at 11:00 am.
