Adeline Daniels, age 83, passed away November 26, 2017 at Heartland Country Village. Adeline was born November 20, 1934 in Jacksonville, Florida to Gabriel Otto and Alice June (Leavitt) Anderson.

She married Clarence Neil Daniels in Salem, Oregon on August 4, 1956. Adeline graduated from Salem High School, Salem, Oregon in 1952. She attended Madison Area Technical College. Adeline worked as an administrative assistant for the Oregon Department of Transportation and Kelly Services. She enjoyed walking, swimming, gardening, sewing, and caring for her family. Adeline was a caregiver for her mother, mother-in-law, and then her husband for 15 years.

She is survived by her children Michael (Laura) Daniels and Debra (David) Nelson; grandchildren Joshua and Jacob (Lily) Daniels, and Alex and Marta Nelson; great grandson Aiden Daniels; sisters Alice Wilhyde and Amy Biggins; and other family in Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin. Adeline was preceded by her husband; her parents; sister-in-law Barbara DeFries; brothers-in-law David Wilhyde, Gerald Biggins, and Charles DeFries; nephew Mark Wilhyde; and nieces Jocelyn Elliott and Nancy DeFries.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2017 at Cress Funeral Service, Speedway Road, Madison. Burial will follow at Forest Hill in Madison.
