Madison -- Adolph S. Bozich, age 83, died on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the UW Hospital in Madison. He was born on August 13, 1925 to Frank and Mary (Alpner) Bozich in Milwaukee. Al served in the Army Air Force during World War II, serving in the South Pacific. Al was an avid outdoorsman, loved hunting, and spent many winters fishing on the Madison lakes. He was a long standing member of the Monona Grove Businessmen's Association. Al is survived by his two daughters, Laura Ruiz and Cindy Hanna; four grandchildren, Jason Klubertanz, Bobby Hanna, Laurie Hanna, and Jeremy Bozich; and a great-granddaughter, Alexis Kohel. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, John; and brothers, Frank and Norbert ""Nub"". A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. A luncheon will follow the service at Cress. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2009.
