Andrew Thomas Stebnitz

Andrew Thomas Stebnitz, 51, passed away after a two year cancer battle on September 10, 2024 in the arms of his loving family at Agrace Hospice Center in Madison. He was born to Georgianna and Gary Stebnitz on May 11, 1973. Andy was prominent in real estate circles in Dane County for over 30 years. As a broker, he was a member of the local, state and national real estate associations. Andy’s passion was his work. He loved finding and selling homes and investment property for his clients - as well as his own real estate portfolio. He also loved trading the stock market and, as an early riser, started each day with the tv tuned to CNBC. Most mornings he showed up at his parents home with breakfast and coffee from Starbucks before starting his day. He was predeceased by his grandparents Floyd and Martha McBurney, and his uncle Floyd “Mike” McBurney Jr. Surviving are his parents Georgie and Gary, sister Kathleen (Mark), brothers Michael (Mikey), Christopher (Rie) and four nephews Matthew, Ryan, Beau and Luca. Graveside services will be private. A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
