Ann Zimmerman

MADISON - Ann M. Zimmerman, age 76, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014, with her loving family by her side at Pine View Assisted Living Facility in Sun Prairie. She was born on November 5, 1938, in Gays Mills, Wisconsin, the daughter of Burr and Violet (Curtis) LaRonge.
Ann was a lifelong Madison resident and a 1956 graduate of Madison West High School.
She was united in marriage to Sherman Zimmerman on October 30,1959 in the original Eastside Evangelical Lutheran Church on North Street in Madison. Ann was a loving wife and mother. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She loved watching "classic television" and old movies. Ann was a unique woman, who had a heart of gold and loved to chat for hours with her friends on the telephone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ann is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Sherman; two children; Paul and Heidi (Robert) Rosemeyer; four grandchildren, Cole, Kelsey, Halie and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private family services will be held. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the management and staff of Pine View Assisted Living for all their exceptional care and concern given to Ann and our family.
