Anne Seidenberg

Anne Elizabeth Seidenberg, 87, beloved sister of Otto and Everett Seidenberg (deceased) and devoted aunt, passed away after a brave battle with cancer on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.

Anne enjoyed life, loved her family, her friends at Attic Angels and the Wisconsin Badgers. Always up for adventure, Anne loved to travel, especially to her favorite place Hawaii. Anne’s other favorite activities were swimming, dancing and painting. If you ever had a chance to swim with Anne in the Great South Bay or Atlantic Ocean, you will know she was the first one in and begrudgingly the last one out. She relished family weddings as it gave her a reason to dance with family and friends, and after spending a night doing the Macarena at one of these weddings, she nicknamed herself the “Dancing Fool”. Anne spent much of her last years painting, with a focus on all kinds of animals, especially her beloved dog Muffin.

A celebration of Anne’s life will be held in Brooklyn, New York, on a date to be announced, where she will lay in peace next to her father and mother, Alfred and Anne Seidenberg.
