Antoinette Ceazia Nicole Davis beloved infant daughter to Elizabeth F. Goodwin and Anthony D. Davis became an angel on Friday, May 3, 2013.
God gave Anthony and Elizabeth the humble and joyful pleasure of being the parents of Antoinette Ceazia Nicole Davis. She arrived on February 15, 2013 and 78 days later God called their little angel home on May 3, 2013. She was the joy of their life and her father's heart. She enjoyed her parent's kisses and tender touches and they enjoyed hers. Her smile lit up their world. On Resurrection Sunday Antoinette Ceazia Nicole Davis was baptized, her name sealed in the Lambs book of life.
Her transition to the heavenly roll was preceded in death by her grandfather, Julius A. Goodwin; great-grandmother, Josie Wynne and aunt, Carmen V. Sharp.
She leaves to cherish her joy, coos and smile her sisters and brothers: Preacher, Anthony, Antonio, Karlisha, Shantia, Ericka, Aquita; step-sisters, Edwannda, Evon, Edwenna; grandparents, Geraldine A. Lawson and Mariam (Terry) Muhammed; step-grandmother Kathy Goodwin; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Surely Antoinette Ceazia Nicole Davis will be missed. We are thankful that she is in the arms of the Savior.
A Home Going Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013 at S. S. Morris Community AME Church, 3511 Milwaukee Street, Madison with the Reverend Denita R. Williams presiding. The family will greet friends at church from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
