Ardyce Peterson

Middleton: Ardyce Jean Peterson passed away at home on Sunday, July 13, 2014. She was born on December 6, 1935, the daughter of Kenneth and Alice Rich. She married her sweetheart, Alvie "Al" Peterson on August 28, 1954. Ardyce worked for Mid-Plains Telephone for many years where she met her best friend for life "Lucy" Reisinger. Ardyce was a wonderful and loving wife, mom, grandma, and great grandma. She is survived by her daughter Kristi, son Rick; two granddaughters, Chelsea and Tera; two great grandchildren, McKinley and Corbin; and two sisters, Beverly Wood, and Cathy Brandau. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvie "Al", an infant daughter, who died at birth; her parents; and a brother Bud Rich. The family's wish is there be no visitation or service. The family would like her to be remembered for her beautiful red hair and loving smile. She was loved dearly and will be missed by all that knew her.
