Benjamin Kuhrasch

Benjamin Robert Kuhrasch passed peacefully into heaven on October 20th, 2022.  Ben was born on March 31st, 1990, to parents Frank and Cindy, in Madison, Wisconsin.

Ben brought a pure light into this world, and many were blessed to experience it.  Ben’s special needs provided many loving people the chance to care for him, and he blessed their lives as well.  Ben had a brilliant smile and an uncanny knack for laughing out loud at the most inopportune moments, much to the embarrassment of his parents.

Ben attended school in the Verona school district where he received compassionate care, and where he impacted the lives of many.

After school, Ben was cared for by many caregivers at the MARC centers and his time in adult family homes.  Among the many who cared for him, Ben had special bonds with Katie, Roz, Awa, and Maria.

Ben is survived by his parents, Frank and Cindy, his sister Kristin, grandmother, Arletta Giese, aunts, Roberta Kuhrasch and Debbie Berg, and cousins Rebecca Foster, Kati McKnight, Tae, and Ryan Berg.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Rita Kuhrasch and Judson Giese, and his aunt Sylvia McKnight.

A private service will be held at a later date.
