Betty L. Crawford

Betty Crawford unexpectedly passed away on August 3, 2024, at home. She was born on June 5, 1961, in Madison, WI to Dorothy & Richard Dushack. She was married November 9, 1996, to Carl Crawford and they had a son Noah (Deanna Hyde) Crawford, stepchildren Carl & Kyle Hauser and Nichole Coleman. 

Betty is survived by her parents, husband, son, and two sisters Kathy (Roger) Rickman and Kristine (Brian White) Hrubes and two brothers Dan (Carla) Dushack and Ken Dushack. She is also survived by nephews Ken (Danny) Urso, Brian (Carmen) Urso, Chris (Leah) Urso, Evan & Joshua Dushack and nieces Emmy (Ethan) Nowaczyk, Maddy Hrubes, Haley, Taylor and Autumn Dushack, great nieces Kennedy and Emersyn Urso, and great nephews Stanley Nowaczyk and Santiago Urso. Aunts Ruth Frank, Linda Gladem, Donna (Dan) Wells and Uncle James Dushack. Also, many loved cousins, and friends.

She is further survived by her in-laws Dorothy Dorsey, Mary (Mark) Taylor, Darlene (Courtney) Patton, Diane (Oscar) Coleman, Ida B Crawford, Janice (William) Bland, Rita Brown, Isaih Crawford.

Betty’s deep love and caring for her family and friends shined brightly, touching all those graced by her presence and leaving a lifelong impact. 

Visitation will be held on Friday August 9, 2024, at Cress Funeral Home 3325 E. Washington Ave. from 4 to 7pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Hearts Church 221 Columbus St., Sun Prairie, WI. Saturday August 10, 2024, at 11am. Burial at Sacred Hearts Cemetery following funeral mass.
