Betty Jane Gill

Madison -- Betty Jane Gill, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at her daughters house in Madison. She was born on June 10, 1924 in Madison, WI. She was united in marriage to William R. Gill on May 5, 1945. Betty worked at Bucks Pizza for many years. She enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends. Betty was a long time member of Bethesda Christian Fellowship.

Betty is survived by her children, James (Suzanne) Gill, Lynn Kosinski and Michael (Terri) Gill; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Gill.

A funeral service will be held at BETHESDA CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, 3245 E. Washington Avenue, Madison, on Monday, July 6, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Bryan Peterson officiating. A visitation will be held at the church on Monday, July 6, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until time of services.

Mom, thank you for all the prayers you said for us over the years, thank you for always being there. Your love, strength and guidance has made us who we are. Thank you for your famous homemade noodle soup and homemade bread. We love you and will miss you here with us.
