Bruce Wilberg

August 30, 1941 — January 2, 2011

Bruce ""BT"" Thomas Wilberg, age 69 of Stoughton, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, January 2, 2011.   He was born on August 30, 1941 in Stoughton, a son of the late Arnold and Mae (Jensen) Wilberg.   He was united in marriage on January 11, 1965 to Barbara Bunnell of Stoughton.   BT worked at many area businesses in Stoughton and later retired from Omedia of Madison at the age of 62.   BT enjoyed racing stock cars and in later years, turned it over to his son Bobby Wilberg.   BT had a great passion for building race cars, restoring cars, going to car shows, gun shows, swap meets, bowling, fishing, and spending time at the shop with friends.   He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Barbara Wilberg of Stoughton; a son, Bobby (Terri) Wilberg of Beloit; a daughter, Brenda Wilberg of Brooklyn; four grandchildren, Jenna, Chris, and Brad Larson, and Zachary Wilberg; one great grandson, Riley Black; a brother, Rodney (Pat) Wilberg; a sister-in-law, Gen Wilberg; and many nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by his brother, Arnold Wilberg and his parents, Arnold and Mae Wilberg.   Most importantly, he enjoyed helping his wife plan her flower gardens and replanting her flowers and plants throughout their yard.   Your memories will live on Dad with everyone you touched.   We will miss you forever.   Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 2:00pm at the Olson-Holzhuter-Cress funeral home in Stoughton, where the family will greet friends from 1:00 pm until the time of service.   Following the service, a gathering will be held at the Stoughton VFW hall.
