Carol Collins

Carol Collins, age 96, passed away on July 22, 2017 in hospice care at the VA Medical Center in Madison, Wi. A private burial was held on July 28th. She is survived by her daughter, Kathlyn (Charles) Ivey of La Crosse, WI, her grandson Toben (Brenda) Lafrancois of Cornucopia, WI, and her great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Bradford Murray.

We thank the staff at the VA Hospital, both on 4A and in hospice care, for their loving care during Carol's illness.
