Carol Kelley

Waunakee - Carol A. Kelley, age 76, passed away on April 8, 2014 with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 20, 1938 in Goodman, Wisconsin, the daughter of Gordon and Lillian (Millette) Roberts. On December 3, 1955, Carol was united in marriage to Martin Kelley. Together they raised four beautiful children. For many years, Carol worked as a unit clerk at St. Mary's Hospital until her retirement. In her spare time, Carol thoroughly enjoyed trips to Goodman and spending time with family. She always put them first in her life, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carol will always be remembered by her quiet and thoughtful personality. Her heart was genuine and filled with love. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Carol is survived by four children; Michael (Rita) Kelley of Waunakee, Gary Kelley of Poynette, Patrick (Teri) Kelley of Madison and Jodi (Bill) Connelly of Waunakee, eight grandchildren; Michelle (Eric) Schinker, Melissa (Chris) Eggert, Jonathon (Rachel) Kelley, Ryan (Heidi) Kelley, Andy Kelley, Stephanie Kelley, Joseph (Tammy) Connelly and Joshua Connelly, four great grandchildren; Pyke Michael, Madison, Carter and Alyssa and two sisters-in-laws; Beverly Roberts and Mary Jane Zimmer. She is also survived by many other loving family and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband Martin Kelley, granddaughter Kelli Ann and brother Thomas Roberts.

Funeral services will be held at Winn-Cress Funeral Home, 5785 Hwy Q, Waunakee on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 11:00 am with counselor/chaplain Steve Zwettler officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of services.
