STEVENS, JR., CHARLES ""BIG C""  
Charles ""Big C"" Stevens, Jr., age 58, died unexpectedly Monday, November 15, 2010 in his home.  He was born March 23, 1952, in Elkhorn, the son of Charles and Mae (Wagner) Stevens, Sr.  He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp.  He worked at Gannons Resort as a cook and groundskeeper for several years.  After leaving, he moved to Madison, where he continued cooking in his spare time.  ""Big C"" enjoyed fishing, golfing and being part of the Polar Bear Club.  
Survivors include his step mother Phyllis Chitty of Reedsburg; 2 brothers: Ronald D. (Darcy) Stevens of Friendship and Jeffrey Stevens of Arkdale and a nephew James Cowan.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister and 2 brothers.   A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, November 19 at the CRESS FUNERAL HOME where friends may call from 10:00 am until time of service.  The Reverend Mary Pharmer will officiate.
