Cindy Abrams

DeForest - Cindy L. Abrams, age 54, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2014 at her home. She was born on August 17, 1959 in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Jack and Darlene (Caulk) Abrams.

Cindy loved to read, play Scrabble, play online games, watch movies, her favorite TV series were Supernatural, Stargate Atlantis and Charmed. She also liked to quilt and play with her grandchildren. She was born in Springfield, Illinois but spent most of her life in Wisconsin. She went to Madison East High School. Cindy worked at the United States Post office and most recently at UW Health. She was caring, always willing to listen to people, and was always willing to help. She was a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and will be missed by all.

Cindy is survived by her son, Jack Abrams; grandchildren, Jasmin, Cole and Caden; father, Jack Don Abrams; brothers, Steve (Janet) Abrams, Kevin Abrams and Stacey Abrams; a sister, Kris Abrams; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

A memorial visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Avenue, on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
