Claire D. Rathburn

Claire D. Rathburn, age 84, died Friday, July 30, 2010 in a Madison hospital.   Claire was born July 1, 1926, in Waunakee, the son of Donald and Wanda ( Taylor) Rathburn.   Prior to retiring, he spent 50 years working at Waunakee Canning.   Survivors include 2 sisters: Dollie Birkrem of Deerfield and Sally (Bob) Gnaegy of Kansas City, KS; 1 brother: Bryan Georgeson of Dane, WI; numerous nieces, nephews,   great nieces and great nephews.   He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister.   A private family service will be held at a later date.
