Constance M. Osterndorf

Constance (Connie) Osterndorf, born February 21, 1920, slipped peacefully into the arms of God surrounded by the love of her family on April 21, 2009. Connie touched everyone she met with her sage wisdom, sense of humor, and delight in life. Her spirit, her sensitivity to beauty and the arts, her intellectual rigor and interest in political discourse, along with her dedication to peace and social justice, lifted us all. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, her dear brother, Raymond, and her beloved daughter, Shelley. She is survived by her siblings, Eleanor, Lois, Curtis, and Bonnie; daughters, Carole, Janis (Gene Cratsenberg) and Laurie (Jack Fedell); granddaughter Sarah (Jason Besemer); grandsons, Seth (Genesis Cratsenberg), Alexander and Jaimeson; great-granddaughters, Aliyah and Sage; and great-grandsons, Noah and Quinn.   Visitation will be at   CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Rd, on Saturday April 25, 2009 from 9 AM to 11 AM with the funeral at 11 AM.
