Madison -- Daniel L. Weems, age 58, died on Friday, November 21, 2008 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. He was born on June 18, 1950 to Daniel and Adele Weems in Madison, and has two sisters, Susan Jacobs and Sally Weems. Daniel is also survived by his daughter, Karen Adele Weems of Chicago, Illinois; and his son, Jacob Daniel Weems of Cedar Falls, Iowa. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2008 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, with a visitation one hour prior to services.
