DANE/DEFOREST-Darrin A. Amacher, age 39, passed away unexpectedly on November 10,2019. Darrin loved bow hunting with his son, James and fishing with his girls, Abby and Bianca. Darrin was a loving husband and father who loved everything outdoors. Darrin grew up in Dane and Lodi. He graduated from Lodi High School in 1999 and was a state conference wrestler. He was so proud to pass that on to his son, James, and, of course, loved toying with his siblings by putting them in wrestling moves. Darrin loved camping with family and his yearly fishing trips with his Dad and the boys. He was most happy up at the family farm in Baraboo sharing his love for the outdoors with his family. Darrin worked at Stevens Construction Corporation for 18 years as a concrete finisher. He made many great friends at Stevens Construction that shared his love of the outdoors. He found a passion in creating custom concrete countertops while completing his concrete apprenticeship. They were some of the most amazing works of art as Darrin had an amazing artistic side. Darrin is dearly missed by so many. A beautiful man that was taken way too soon. Love you always and forever.
