David Skyberg

Marshall/Waterloo - David Paul Skyberg, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at Trinity Senior Homes in Madison. He was born on June 10, 1943, in Duluth, Minnesota the son of Paul and Betty (Peterson) Skyberg. David worked for Perry Printing in Waterloo for many years retiring when they closed. David was very passionate when it came to watching sporting events, especially the Minnesota Vikings. He was an avid collector of sports memorabilia. David enjoyed spending time with his family and his two grandchildren Emily and James who were his pride and joy.

He is survived by his daughters, Christy (Jim) Scharping and Carla Skyberg; and his grandchildren, Emily and James;

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until time of the service.

The family would like to thank the countless caregivers over the years, especially Dr. Motl, Dr. Greytak and Diane at Trinity for the wonderful care he received.
