Donald "Don" Edward Dixon, Age 68, passed away peacefully at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg on December 11, 2013. He was born on March 31, 1945, son of Clarence Darol and Catherine (Hackett) Dixon.

Don graduated from Madison East High School. He was an Army veteran serving in a peace mission in Korea. Upon his return he married the love of his life, Karen Kinder on September 30, 1967. Don was employed at Kramer Printing for 45 years before he retired in 2009. He enjoyed going fishing with his friends and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Don is survived by his wife of 46 years Karen; daughter Erica of Friendship, son Darol ( Jamie) of Rio; grandchildren Bryanna ( Brett) , Abigail and James; sisters Jean ( Tom )Bohnsack, Elizabeth Walls, Susan Kellman and many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Funeral Services will be held 11:30 am on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Cress Funeral Home 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie. Private Burial will be held at Union Grove. Visitation will be held from 9:30am until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
