Eileen's journey began at Stoughton High School, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with passion and purpose. A skilled cosmetologist, she dedicated her talents to bringing joy and beauty to the lives of others. Eileen's professional journey led her to contribute her skills and dedication to Plastics Ingenuity and Duluth Trading Co., where her impact was felt by colleagues and friends alike.
On November 13th, 1982, Eileen joined hands in matrimony with the love of her life, Mark Olson. Their union was a testament to enduring love, commitment, and shared dreams. Mark, along with their children Diane (Jim) Godsey, Angela Adler, Jennifer (John) Thorpe, and Mark (Megan) Olson, mourns the loss of a beloved wife and mother.
Eileen's love extends through generations, surviving her in the hearts of 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Eileen found joy in a multitude of passions that reflected her vibrant spirit. She dedicated time to teaching the youth bowling league, instilling not only the skills of the sport but also the values of teamwork and camaraderie. Bowling, for Eileen, was a celebration of life's victories, big and small.
Her creative spirit found expression in sewing quilts and clothes for her grandchildren and children, gifts that will be cherished as tangible expressions of her love. Eileen's green thumb and passion for gardening created havens of beauty and tranquility, providing solace and joy to those fortunate enough to share in the beauty of her creations.
Eileen's zest for life also included the thrill of travel and the excitement of gambling. Her adventures, whether near or far, were shared with loved ones, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
Above all, Eileen found her greatest joy in spending time with her family. Whether gathered around a table, in the garden, or on the bowling lanes, her family was the heartbeat of her life.
Details regarding the celebration of life will be shared with family and friends in the upcoming months.
May Eileen Olson rest in eternal peace, and may her family find comfort in the memories of a life that touched so many hearts.
