Eleanor M Moeller

Eleanor M. Moeller, age 82, passed away peacefully at Oakwood Village West on Thursday, March 19, 2009.   Eleanor was born Eleanor Marie Johnson on September 30, 1926, in Saginaw Michigan,   as the only child to George E. and Nora J. (Reed) Johnson.   She was united in marriage to Floyd Edward Moeller on March 29, 1947 in Milwaukee.   Floyd passed away July 26, 1978.   Eleanor was active as a "Ladybug" social club member in conjunction with her husband's work in entomology for the USDA.   She also cared for dozens of orphaned babies over the years as a foster parent.   She is remembered as a loving and devoted mother.   She is survived by son Timothy George (Hilda) Moeller, of North Carolina, and daughter Heidi Marie Moeller, Madison, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.   Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd, and a son; David Floyd Moeller.   A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Rd., Madison, WI.   A private family graveside service will follow.
