Emma Hodge

Emma M. Hodge passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at age 93. Emma was born in Oakfield, WI on June 20, 1918 the daughter of the late Charles and Carrie (Miller) Hodge. She worked at Oscar Meyer for many years until retirement. She was a very active member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Emma is survived by her daughter, Donna R. (Marvin) Heidenreich of Enverness, FL; two grandsons, Corey Heidenreich of Arizona and Kenneth (Loria) Heidenreich of Georgia; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; special friends, Darel and Marvalene Pliner of Reedsburg; three nieces and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Perry and Elton Hodge.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on November 5, 2011 at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison. Family will greet friends from 12:00 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 1123 Vilas Avenue, Madison, WI 53715.
