Emma Holman

Emma Jean "Winkie" Holman, age 78, of Madison, died on Monday March 17, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born June 24, 1935 in Chicago, IL., the daughter of the late Dorothy Anderson.
Winkie is survived by her husband Willard, children; Dorothy (Jimmy), James, Russell (Sue), Floyd, Charles, and Nick.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Nixon Wells.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday March 22, 2014 at ST. PAUL A.M.E. CHURCH, 4525 Diamond Dr. Madison with Rev. Joseph B. Baring Jr. and Pastor David Smith presiding. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday March 21, 2014 at Cress Funeral & Cremation Care, 3610 Speedway Road, and also from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Saturday at the church.
