Francie M. Weber

Madison - Francesca ""Francie"" Marie Weber, age 47, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at UW Hospital. Francie graduated from Madison West High School in 1980. She worked many years at UW Hospitals in Medical Records-Distribution and was currently employed at the UW-Health Family Practice in Belleville. Francie was known for her vibrant smile, twinkling eyes and joyous laugh. She loved nothing more than sitting in the sun while listening to John Mellencamp surrounded by friends and family. Every Sunday she looked forward to reading the newspaper from front to back and saving the Parade section for Monday. The beaches of Honolulu, lilacs in the spring, and Dancing with the Stars all brought her enjoyment. Francie is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Marie and Stephanie Mae of Madison; her brother, Patrick Wall (Amy); sisters, Lisa Livingston, Mary Cable (John), Tess Nechkash (Jerry), Sheila Pokriefke (John); nieces and nephews, Letitia Jowosimi (Ade), Sheilah Genin (Alan), Patrick Nechkash, Pierce Cable (Natalie), Laura Cable, Robert Pokriefke, Mark Pokriefke, Ryan Wall, Megan Wall, Timothy Wall, and Michael Wall. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elsa and Everett Wall. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 from 4:00PM-6:30PM followed by a Celebration of Francie's Life at 6:30PM. Services will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Francie M. Weber Memorial Fund to benefit her loving daughters at the UW-Credit Union, or the Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS) P.O. 1761 Madison, WI 53701.
