Tom lived these words. He made the final part of his journey here on Jan. 15,2011. He is remembered with great love and respect by his family and by all those whose lives he touched. He is loved by many and will be missed by all.
Join family and friends in a remembrance from 11 a.m. to noon with a service to follow on Saturday, January 22, 2011, at WESTMINSTER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 4100 Nakoma Road, Madison, Wisconsin.
For offerings and in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Dane County Mental Health Center.
