Gail Olson

Madison - Gail L. (Runey) Olson, age 64, passed away peacefully in Willows Nursing Home on Saturday Feb. 6, 2016.
Gail was born on Sept. 25, 1951 at St. Mary's to Chester & Georgia Runey. Gail graduated from James Madison Memorial in 1969.
She went on to care for special needs children in a daycare. She married Kenneth Olson on April 23, 1983. They went on to have three children. Gail loved her work caring for both adults and her grandchildren. Gail was an extremely loving and caring woman towards everyone she met in life.
She is survived by her three children; Elizabeth (Carl) Bloedow, Josh, and Chris Olson, siblings; Larry, Sandy and Joyce Runey, sister-in-law Sharon Sova, mother- in- law Grace Olson, and grandchildren; Kasey, Michael, Gwendolyn. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
A Memorial Service will be held at Madison Christian Community 7118 Old Sauk Rd. Madison, WI on Feb. 20, 2016 at 3pm. Visitation and reception to follow the service.
