Gerald “Clint” Clinton Avery, age 59, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2020, at the VA Hospital in Madison. He was born on March 29, 1960, son of Gerald and Marlene (Braund) Avery.

Clint was a master electrician. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be remembered for cherishing his grandkids, and spending time with his son on “Sondays”, watching football and playing the machines at Wedges.

He is survived by his wife Julie Avery: children Tara (Scott) Falkenstein of Menomonee, Michigan, Gerald (Rikki) Avery; grandchildren Tiffany, Alaya and Colin; siblings Cheryl (Fritz) Ford, John (Dawn) Avery and Douglas Avery; also, many nieces and nephews.

Clint was preceded in death by his parents, sister Pat Avery and precious granddaughter Chloe Falkenstein.

The family would like to give special thanks to Julie Avery, and the doctors and staff at the VA Hospital.
