Glenn Jensen

Sun Prairie - Glenn A. Jensen, age 82, loving husband and father passed away on Monday, December 19, 2011 at his home. He was born on July 2, 1929 in Racine, the son of Albert and Tina Jensen. On August 15, 1956, Glenn was united in marriage to Sally Ann Smith. He worked for the University of Wisconsin as a CPA for over 30 years until his retirement in 1990. In his free time Glenn enjoyed golfing, bowling and biking. Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sally Jensen of Sun Prairie, three sons; Thomas (Pam) Jensen of Washington, Mark (Vicki) Jensen of Fond du Lac and Matthew (Elizabeth) Jensen of Milwaukee, a very special niece; Nancy (Jim) Clem of Washington and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. ALBERT THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2420 Saint Albert the Great Drive, Sun Prairie on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 11:00 am with Monsignor Terrence O'Connell presiding. A visitation will be held at the church on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 10:00 am until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 2420 St. Albert the Great Dr., Sun Prairie, WI 53590 and Agrace Hospicecare, 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Madison, WI 53711. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Highland Park Assisted Living and Agrace Hospicecare for all their tender loving care given to our family.
