Gloria Johnson

MADISON—Gloria J. Johnson, age 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 12, 2021.  She was born on December 3, 1943 in Madison to Arthur and Lorraine (Taylor) Sabroff.  She married Roger Johnson on March 18, 1978.

Gloria was an extremely gifted crafter.  She had a photographic memory, and taking a look at a piece she loved, she could recreate on her own.  She was proud to be the owner of GJ Dolls and Such in Madison for several years.

Gloria is survived by her husband Roger; children Carolyn Leigh, Connie Wood, Pam Brokaw, and David Leigh; granddaughter Ashley Baumgart; step-daughter Sheila (Bruce) Engerer; brother James (Suzanne) Sabroff; and many other relatives and dear friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 10:00AM-12:00PM on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Cress Funeral Home, McFarland, with a memorial service to begin at 12:00 PM.
