Hannah Sandersfield

Hannah Corcoran Sandersfield, age 86, passed away November 23, 2014 at Oak Park Place. Hannah was born October 13, 1928 in Windsor, daughter to Frank and Selma Kobs. Hannah lived her childhood on the west side of Madison on a farm on Odana road. She married Richard Corcoran and they continued to live on the West side of Madison. Hannah and Richard had four children, Patrick, Timothy, Michael and Jeanne. Hannah loved following sports, whether it was the Badgers, Packers or her beloved grandchildren in high school and college.

Hannah is survived by her sisters Sally Clausen and Carol Byczek; children Patrick ( Gloria) Corcoran, Timothy ( Jeri) Corcoran, Michael ( Susan ) Corcoran and Jeanne (Richard) Klongland; grandchildren Richard S. Corcoran, Rebecca Kowald, Robert Corcoran, Kevin Corcoran, Richard T. Corcoran, Megan Corcoran, Christopher Klongland, Rachel ( Troy) Turek, Reid Klongland and Kelly Klongland. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Hannah was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Selma Kobs, her sisters Dorothy, Kay and brother Herb, her first husband Richard Corcoran and second husband Jack Sandersfield.

A memorial service for Hannah will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 3pm at Cress Funeral Home 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie. A visitation will be held from 1pm until time of service at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Oak Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Prairie Gardens in Sun Prairie and Care Wisconsin for their care and compassion.

Hannah was very devoted to her family and will be greatly missed.
