Helen S. Wagner, aged 97, died in Hollywood, Florida on October 3, 2009.   Helen Shapiro Wagner was born June 12, 1912 to Jacob and Rachel Shapiro in Sioux City, Iowa. She married Herman Wagner of Madison, Wisconsin on June 9, 1935. Herman was the owner of the Campus Soda Grill, a popular student haunt, on State Street with his brother Louis, and later was a partner in the Badger Realty firm.    Helen and Herman were amongst the earliest members of Temple Beth El, Madison, where she helped run the Sunday school for many years and served as President of the Temple Sisterhood. They moved from Madison to Hallandale Beach, Florida in 1972. When they moved to Florida she also became active in the Temple Beth EI in Hollywood, FL.    She is survived by her children Nancy Blackman of Delavan, WI, Howard (Nancy) of Littleton, CO and Susan Nissim of North Bergen, NJ, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.   A funeral service will be held at the Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, followed by burial at Forest Hill Cemetery, 1 Speedway Road.   In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Beth El Temple, 2702 Arbor Drive, Madison, WI 53711   Cress Funeral & Cremation Service
