Herbert Graff

Herbert Graff, age 85, passed away at home in Madison on Sunday, August 8.   He was born in Manitowoc in 1924, the son of Dora and Julius Graff.   Herb served as a Merchant Marine during World War II.   He was united in marriage to Virginia C. Schwartz in 1949 and they celebrated their 60th anniversary last October.   Herb is survived by his wife and three daughters; Andrea (Allan Novak), Lynne Graff Ballesta and Stacy Graff and four granddaughters   (Josefina, Stefanie, Svetlana and Marina).   As Herb wished, there will be no service.    With deep appreciation, the family thanks Madison's Hospice Care.   In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Temple Beth El (2702 Arbor Drive, Madison, 53711) or Hospice Care (5395 E.
