Hildur Amble

Stoughton- Hildur Amble, age 87, passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Nazareth House.  She was born in Deerfield on September 3, 1922, the daughter of Hellic and Sara (Morgenson) Braaten.  Hildur married A. Mervin Amble.  She is survived by three children, David (Mary) Amble, Nancee Swenson and Kathy (Donald) Leikness; four grandsons, Eric, David, Daniel (Karen) and Charles; three great granddaughters, Sierra, Savana and Sophia; and relatives and friends.  Hildur was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mervin; daughter, Karen; son-in-law, Allen Swenson; brother, Sidney; and sister, Nora.  A memorial gathering will be held from noon until 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in Stoughton.  A special thank you to Hildur's good neighbor, Marcia Trentz.
