Jacqueline Hughes

SUN PRAIRIE - Jacqueline Marie Hughes, age 70, passed away on February 24, 2019 in the presence of her children Chris Hughes, Theresa Guelzow, and Shannon Hughes.

Jacqueline was born on July 20, 1948 in Madison, Wisconsin; the daughter of John and Florence Hughes.

Jacqueline is survived by her children, Chris (Theresa) Hughes and Shannon Hughes; grandchildren, Andrew (Madi) Guelzow, Austin Guelzow, Kassandra Hughes, and Rayne Otis; and siblings, Vicky (Terry) Wenger, Richard (Peggy) Hughes, and Chuck Hughes.

She is preceded in death by her father, John N. Hughes and son, Jason Hughes.

A funeral service will take place Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at CRESS FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICE, 3610 SPEEDWAY ROAD.
