Janet C. Hack, age 65 of Stoughton, passed away at HospiceCare in Fitchburg on Sunday, November 15, 2009. Â She was born in Madison on August 29, 1944, a daughter of William and Myrna (Everson) Kelley. Â Myrna passed away when Janet was two years old, and Janet was raised by William and Margaret Kelley. Â On September 22, 1962, Janet was united in marriage to Leland Hack in Madison. Â Janet was a loving mother who always put her children before herself. Â She was a lifelong member and a devoted parishioner at St. Ann Catholic Church in Stoughton, never missing Saturday Mass until her illness prevented her from attending. Â She loved reading, bingo and animals. Â Janet is survived by 3 children; 2 daughters, Myrna and Tina Hack, and a son, Bill Hack, all of Stoughton; a brother, Ron (Mary Jane) Kelley of Madison; a dear cousin, Bonnie Bull of Jefferson; and other relatives and friends. Â She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leland; daughter, Angela; and sister, Sue. Â A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church, 323 N. Van Buren St., Stoughton, with Monsignor Gerard Healy officiating. Â Burial will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery, Oregon. Â The family will greet friends at church on Friday from 9:30 am until the time of service.
