Jason Poellot

On Saturday, June 19, 2021, Jason Daniel Poellot, 44, passed away unexpectedly at home with his loving wife by his side.

He was born on October 23, 1976, in Beaver Dam, WI, to William and Marlene Poellot. On August 3, 2012 he was united in marriage to Krista Berggren.

Jason is survived by his wife Krista (Berggren) Poellot; his parents William and Marlene (Knuth) Poellot, siblings Tom (Sue) Poellot, Brenda (Mike) Chapman, David Poellot, Kylene (Mark Zinke) Harris as well as his in-laws and many nieces, nephews and 2 great nieces.

Services will be held Monday, July 12, 2021 at Peace Lutheran Church, 1007 Stone Haven Drive Sun Prairie, WI 53590. The service schedule will be as follows: 9:30 AM private family devotional, visitors may then pay their condolences starting at 10:00 am until the time of service. Service to begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Luke Werre presiding. A luncheon following the service will be at Sunwood Senior Apartments, 1750 Linnerud Dr, Sun Prairie, WI 53590.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Krista Poellot, 1750 Linnerud Drive APT #207 Sun Prairie, WI 53590 or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association at 161 N. Clark Suite #3550 Chicago, IL 60601.
