Jason Patrick Pritchard, age 44, of Madison, Wisconsin, was taken from us on May 5th, 2023, in a senseless act of violence. Jason was born February 26th, 1979, to his parents, James "Jim" Brian and Mary Elizabeth Pritchard. He spent most of his life growing up in Madison, Wisconsin, where he attended St. Maria Goretti and James Madison Memorial schools. Later he moved to Texas, where his son, Jaylen, was born. Jason took much pride in his son, always valued the true meaning of family, and was working to have custody of Jaylen.
Most recently, Jason returned to Madison, started dating Jean Curley and began a new chapter in his life. He was thrilled to work at County Materials and looked forward to becoming the future foreman through mentorship, which would open up new career possibilities.
Jason cherished every moment he spent with his loving nieces and nephews. He enjoyed teaching them about life, basketball, dancing, and music, and being the fun uncle that chased them all around the house. And though quiet about his abilities, he was a fantastic artist and was proud to see his nieces and nephews share similar artistic skills and embrace them.
Jason gave his whole heart to his family and God. He was always a devoted and loving son, father, brother, uncle, Godfather, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with those close to him and was known for his warm and charismatic personality and willingness to do anything for anyone in need. Jason was always the life of the party, with music playing and a contagious energy that made everyone want to join in. Whether fishing, playing basketball, or dressing in high-fashion clothes, Jason's passion for life was evident in everything he did.
Jason is survived by his son, Jaylen; his mother, Mary, and father, Jim; his brothers Michael, and Edward (Stephanie) Pritchard and their children Penelope, David, and Matilda, and sister Erica (Rick) Bloomer and their children Florence, Francesca, and Leonardo. He is deeply missed and has bestowed countless memories with the lives he has touched.
