Jeanette Jewell

Jeanette B. Jewell, age 66, of Madison, WI suddenly passed away on the morning of June 28, 2008. She was born June 11, 1942 in St. Louis, MO. daughter of Frank and Esther Brown. She married Dr. Richard Jewell on April 15, 1962. She is survived and will be missed by her husband Richard; her children Todd and Lisa; her sisters, Janice Word and Tracy Clodfelter; and her grandchildren Paige and Sean. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Frank Jr., her infant daughter Kimberly. A memorial service will be on July 10th, 2008 at 1 PM at Roselawn Memorial Park with the internment of her cremated remains there as well. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or the Shriner™s Hospital for Children. A loving mother and companion during her life Jeanette enjoyed the company of her friends, watching her grandkids and nieces, Kelsey and Allie, grow in this world. She assisted and supported her husband in the growth of his dental practice and was always at his side during his work with the Shriner™s. Always one with a smile on her face and a pleasant word for friends and strangers alike. Jeanette struggled with diabetes most of her life, and most recently breast cancer. She was a woman of enduring courage and strength. She will be forever loved, forever missed.  A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at  the Roselawn Memorial Park Chapel, 705 Femrite Drive, Monona, WI.
