John Coady

Waunakee - John M. Coady, 71, passed away on August 6th, 2021, after a long battle with pulmonary disease.

John was born on June 24th, 1950, to Henry and Mildred (Sennc) Coady in Berkeley, IL.  In John’s early childhood the family moved to Necedah, WI.  After graduating from Necedah High School in 1968 John attended college at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point where he received an associate degree in education.  After leaving college John created J Coady Heating and Air Conditioning which he owned and operated until he sold the business in 2010.

In 1972 John married Christine Taylor in Stevens Point, WI where they lived and raised three children, Rebecca, Sarah, and Clinton.

John loved his family and family time. He also enjoyed fishing, golfing, card games, reading, outdoor sports games in the backyard of their home in Stevens Point, WI and being involved in community fundraising and sports coaching.

John was preceded in death by his Parents; Henry and Mildred (Sennc) Coady, Brothers; Dave Coady and Greg Coady, and his Sister; Marian (Coady) Donaldson.

He is survived and will be missed by his wife Christine (Taylor) Coady, Brother; Joe Coady, Sisters; Joan (Coady) Wilder, Barbara (Coady) Zrubek, Carol (Coady) Arehart, Angeline Coady, and Loretta (Coady) Dowhower, Children; Rebecca (Coady) Langton, Sarah Coady, Clint Coady, and Grandchildren; Dylan Hesch, Sydney Langton, Ella Hesch and Samuel Langton.

A celebration of life will be planned for the fall of 2021.
