John Gary Cunningham

Sun Prairie/Fitchburg- John G. Cunningham, age 26, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 30, 2009. He was born on June 21, 1982 in Glen Cove, NY the son of William & Elizabeth (Panza) Cunningham.  John graduated from the Verona Area Senior High School, Class of 2009 and attended M.A.T.C.  He was employed as a sales representative/distributor for Snyder's of Hanover. John was outdoorsman who loved to fish and go hunting with his brothers.  The love of his life was his daughter, who his life revolved around.  He will be missed by his beloved family including his daughter, Kayla Marie Kant-Cunningham; his parents, William & Elizabeth Cunningham, Sun Prairie; his brothers, Billy Cunningham, Denver, Co and Evan Cunningham, Sun Prairie; his paternal grandmother, Anne Cunningham, Sea Girt, NJ;  his aunts, Dru (Jerry) Anastasio, Brick, NJ, Francine (Mario) DiTrapani, Lincroft, NJ, Diane Cunningham, Stamford, CT, Gail (Tom) Campbell, Manasquan, NJ and Susan (Ken) Spielfogel, Briar Cliff Manor, NY; uncle, Jack (Joan) Cunningham, Greenwich, Ct; numerous cousins, friends and other relatives.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Cunningham and maternal grandparents, Gary & Frances Panza.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 2420 St. Albert Dr., Sun Prairie with Msgr. Terrence L. Connors presiding. Friends are invited to call on Tuesday at the funeral home from 5-8:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
