John Suydam

John Frank Suydam, age 66 of Delavan passed away September 3, 2015. He was born April 4,1949 in Aurora, Illinois, the son of Samuel and Evelyn (Hosek) Suydam.

He grew up in Walworth, graduated from Big Foot High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He served in the National Guard. John operated, and then owned Walworth Flower Gardens. Most recently, he was part owner of Badger Land Use and Building Consultants.

He is survived by his sisters Patricia (William) Feldman and Kathryn (James) Manion; nephews Jason and Matthew Feldman, Scott Manion and niece Amy Shero; great nieces Georgia, Scout, Reagan and Delanie Feldman, Evelynn and Amanda Shero, and Allison Manion; great nephews Elliott Feldman and Jack Manion.

John was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service for John will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Windsor United Church of Christ, 4434 2nd Street, Windsor, WI with The Rev. Dr. David McDonald Officiating.
