Josephine "Josey" Clower

Fitchburg- Josephine “Josey” Clower, age 54, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 8, 2021.  She was born on February 5, 1966, the daughter of John and Jackie SanFilippo.  On December 10, 2000 Josey married Dave Clower.  She loved to travel, fish, spend time with family and friends, play with her dog Diesel, and spend summers at Blue Jay Resort.  Josey was a den leader for both cub scouts and boy scouts.  She was a hockey mom and enjoyed watching her sons play hockey.  Josey is survived by her husband, Dave; two sons, David (Cassidy) Clower and Wyatt (Julia) Clower; her beloved dog Diesel; her best friend, Joe Schmidt; one sister; three nieces; special sister-in-law, Darcy Smith; close cousin, Joseph Gambino; friends, Scott and Georgia; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Memorials may be made in Josey’s name to a breast cancer charity of the donor’s choice.  The family would like to send a big thank you to University of WI Hospital for their years of care and compassion.  Please share your memories of Josey by posting on her Tribute Wall at: www.CressFuneralService.com.
