Joyce Riedner

Joyce Riedner died on Friday July 12, 2024 in Madison. The former Joyce Lee Endres was born on July 2, 1944 in Madison to Adolph and Dorothy (Uselman) Endres. Joyce married Richard “Dick” Riedner on Jan. 26, 1963 in Martinsville and the lived all their married life in Waunakee. Joyce loved watching her son, grandson, and great-grandson compete in Stock car racing. She was always torn as to who to root for, not showing favoritism to anyone. Joyce was also a member of St John’s Catholic Church in Waunakee.

Survivors include her husband Richard; a son Scott (Marie); two grandsons Brandon (Jess), Kyle and friend Shannon and great grandchildren Easton, Adison and Jase; sister Jean (Jim) Zwettler and brothers Richard (Kay) Endres and Steve (Faye) Endres and many nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Mon. July 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St John’s Catholic Church 209 South St. Waunakee. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. A Reception will follow at Rex’s Innkeeper in Waunakee and burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens in Cottage Grove at 2:30 p.m.
