Judith Ann Chase, age 76, died peacefully on Monday, October 2, 2017, at Cass County Memorial Hospital. Judi was born on September 22, 1941, in Madison at St. Mary's Hospital, the daughter to Robert and E. Virginia(Crosse) Chase.

She worked for CUNA Mutual in Madison and then later moved to Colorado. Judi enjoyed camping, traveling, shopping, and pontoon rides. She was also an avid sports fan and she treasured time spent with family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Shelly (Jim) Thomas and son Jerry Showers; her grandchildren Arik (Ashley) Eisenhardt, Jordan Thomas, Austin, Mandi (Brock) Showers; her great grandson Cayden; her brother Tom (Brenda) Chase; her nieces Becky Chase and Sarah (David) Kammerud and her dear friend Curt Johnson.

Judi's life will be celebrated at Cress Funeral Home, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 11:00 am followed by a lunch at Prairie Lanes Bowling Alley. A visitation will be held from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
