Judith Ann ""Judy"" Leurquin

Madison -- Judith Ann ""Judy"" Leurquin, age 69, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, December 6, 2010, at the Oregon Manor in Oregon, Wisconsin. She was born on December 11, 1940 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Edna (Reno) Buehrer. Judy was involved in many organizations for peace, health and justice. She was a member of the University United Methodist Church in Madison.

She is survived by her special friend, Russell Attoe; children, Ronald Leurquin, Randall Leurquin and Deborah Leurquin; a sister, Ruth Buehrer

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, John.

Funeral services will be held at FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 203 Wisconsin Ave., Madison, on Thursday, December 9, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. JungJa Haynes Lee officiating. A visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and at church on Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place at Nicolet Memorial Gardens in Green Bay on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
