Judith Schenck

MADISON-Judith Ferdinandsen Schenck, age 90, died on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Oakwood East in Madison. Judith was born in Worthington, MN to Lloyd and Helen (Martin) Ferdinandsen. She married Ronald Hanson Schenck on March 10, 1948, and both graduated cum laude from Winona State in 1948. Judy and Ron both taught music and mathematics in the high school in Harmony, MN for four years. In 1954, after moving to Madison, Judy joined Goodman Jewelers, retiring as General Manager in 1989.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Lloyd, Jr.; and her husband. She is survived by sister-in-law, Donna Ferdinandsen; brother-in-law, Robert (Enid) Schenck; niece, Jean; and nephews, Mark, Lee, and Peter.
In accordance with Judith's instructions, there will be no services or memorial.
