Julie Ann Anderson

Sun Prairie-Julie Ann Anderson, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at UW Hospital, Madison. Julie was born on May 26, 1946 in Princeton, IL, the daughter of Elmer and Berenice (Rosene) Dersham. Julie was a 1964 graduate of Walnut High School, Walnut, IL and a graduate of UW-Madison, School of Letters and Science with French, German and English Lititure as her areas of study. On August 27, 1967, Julie was united in marriage with Michael Anderson in Walnut, IL. Together they raised three children. She had been a resident of Sun Prairie for the past 9 years. Julie attended the Unite Methodist Church, Sun Prairie. Many of Juliee••s interests included reading, gardening and house plants of which she had over 400. Her greatest enjoyment was being wife, mother and grandmother to her family. Julie is survived by her husband, Michael, children Alyssa (Lynn) Reas, Kristin (Joe) Rizzuto and Jonathan all of Sun Prairie; grandchildren Benjamin and Matthew Reas and Joshua and Isabella Rizzuto; sister Lynda Carlson of Walnut, IL; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Friday, May 8, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Cress Funeral Home, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie with Rev. Scott Carlson presiding. A reception will follow the burial in the Cress Funeral Home Community Room. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Thursday, May 7, 2009 from 5:00

-7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place in Sun Prairie Memory Gardens.
